Shipping Policies
At Las Americas International Market , we strive to provide an efficient, safe, and reliable delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction. Our shipping policy is detailed below:
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to the entire continental United States. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times, once the order has been processed, are as follows:
Standard Shipping : 3-7 business days.
Express shipping : between 1 and 3 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or high demand.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order, the delivery address, and the type of service selected.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (applies to mainland only).
4. Perishable Products
For perishable items, we use special temperature-controlled packaging, and these are only available for expedited shipping. It is essential that the customer be available to receive the order on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for damage to perishable items due to delays in receipt.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
6. Failed or Rejected Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and ensure they are available to receive the order. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal of the package, an additional reshipping fee may apply.
7. Incidents with the Order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what was ordered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by emailing infowebamericas@gmail.com . We will evaluate the case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies.
